Michelle is the creator of Repeat Factory and being a creative designer herself, she recognizes the usefullness of a service like Repeat Factory. She has over 10 years of experience within the textile design industry and has worked with companies such as: Lucy Activewear, Turbine Boardwear, Perry Ellis Int., Jantzen Swimwear, Nike and Columbia Sportswear. Michelle also runs the textile design blog, Pattern Observer, where she aims to support, inspire and promote those within the industry. Ken is Michelle's husband and business partner. Ken helps with the technical aspects of Repeat Factory including web, infrastructure and business development.
